We are big believers of continuous training of all employees. We make sure that newly hired employees are properly informed about our principles, values, processes and corporate culture to ensure smooth integration into our company.

Wide-open spaces and transparent office partitions create a healthy workspace by encouraging cooperation, open and free communication and teamwork.
At the same time, we provide a safe working environment by having installed fire detection and fire alarm systems.
Protecting the environment still is one of our main priorities. We ensure that our company complies with environmental legislation and national regulations, and our main concern is to reduce our environmental footprint responsibly. In 2020 we decided to include all our environmental action plans in an innitiative we call Create A new Planet (CAP).
In 2021 we replaced the company's entire vehicle fleet with hybrid vehicles. These new vehicles respect the environment not only with low emissions but also with their silent running, contributing to the reduction of the greenhouse effect and to the orientation of the world toward a low-carbon future.
The offices and facilities of our Headquarters in Koropi are environmentally friendly. Apart from glass surfaces (for natural light) and LED lighting for energy conservation, we installed a solar photovoltaic system on our building roof in 2022. This allows us to convert solar energy into electricity and reduce our dependency on non-renewable energy sources (hydrocarbons), therefore contributing to a better future for future generations.
We support the work of the social solidarity bodies below and support their action plans aimed at children and families by offering food, products for daily use and financial support:
We feel obliged to support the work of organizations that support vulnerable groups. Since 2018, we have contributed to this action plan through donations of 35,300 products and with financial support to multiple social solidarity bodies.
Our family-oriended culture has taught us to give back to those who need help. We stand by people in need and support communities affected by natural disasters (fires, floods, earthquakes, etc.) with products and donations.
